Jay Ridgeway brings over 30 years of comprehensive experience in sales, business development, marketing, and operational management, including 22 years as a successful small business owner. Most recently, he served as the head of global partnerships and channel sales at Karbon, Inc., a leading provider of accounting practice management software. Jay now applies his extensive experience and expertise to Wellness Connection.
As a results-driven expert, Jay has a proven track record of driving revenue and fostering organizational growth through strategic market analysis and execution. His extensive experience enables him to excel in building and nurturing key business relationships. With sharp business acumen, deep financial insight, and a creative approach, Jay effectively transforms insights into impactful programs and actionable strategies. His diverse expertise encompasses software, financial services, hospitality, and health and wellness, where he has consistently exceeded sales targets and driven sustainable growth.
At Wellness Connection, Jay will concentrate on managing and nurturing our current partnerships, while also proactively researching and networking to identify and secure new strategic partners.
On a personal note, Jay is an accomplished endurance athlete with a distinguished record, having competed in numerous Ironman events and marathons, including the Boston and New York City Marathons. He has also represented Team USA at world championships multiple times. Since 1999, Jay has also worked as a professional endurance coach and race director, including the last 22 years through his health and wellness company, Pacific West Endurance LLC.
