Overview

We understand the importance of privacy and control over your personal information. If you wish to delete your information from our platform, please follow the steps below. Before proceeding, please review our  Privacy Policy  to understand the implications of deleting your data.

Information that can be Deleted

You can request to delete the following types of information:

• Personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number, age, gender, profile picture, and food preferences.

• Account information, such as your password, account creation date, permissions, and app preferences.

• Activity data, such as your health logs, mood journals, nutrition data, health tracker data, and other health data.

• Communication data such as provider chat messages and support communication.

How to Delete Your Information

To delete your information, please send an email to  support@wellnessconnection.care  with the subject “Delete Account Information”. You are also requested to include your full name, the email address that you registered with the app, and the name of the practice under which you were registered. You can expect a confirmation from us within seven working days.

What Happens After Deletion

Your personal information, including account details and any associated data, will be permanently deleted from our system.
Please note that some data may still be retained for security purposes, such as information that is required by law or that is necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.

Important Considerations

Deleting your account may result in the loss of access to certain services and content. You will not be able to use the app or any of the services it provides once your information has been deleted. You will also lose access to any Wellness Credits that were associated with your account.
Some information may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
